My best answer:

Interaction and channel options supported by IntelliResponse

IntelliResponse can actually be embedded into a number of different channels, devices and form factors.  Some examples include:

  • Website - this is the channel that launched IntelliResponse as a company.
  • Mobile smartphones - the "one right answer" strategy is optimized for mobile devices with limited form factors.
  • Tablet computers ? a eReader company embedded IntelliResponse into a new eReader/tablet so that customers using the device have access to one right answer through the device itself.
  • Social media - Facebook sites can integrate IntelliResponse into their sites. IntelliResponse also supports Twitter, Digg, Delicious and other social sites.
  • Email response systems - vendors including Oracle/ATG, LivePerson, Emailtopia and have integrated with a major eService suite vendor.  This sophisticated integration includes the ability to accept an entire email and discern possible questions in the email and serialize responses back to the email response agent
  • SMS - We are currently working with a financial services client in the US for integration of IntelliResponse with text messaging (SMS).
  • Voice - our work with Nuance has included customers speaking a question and concerting to text to IntelliResponse with a text answer returned. Our web services provide the capability to integrate into voice systems where by a customer question spoken is converted to text sent to IntelliResponse with a resulting answer back that is converted to voice.
