As a result of our focus on continued product enhancement and customer service, IntelliResponse continues to enjoy very high customer satisfaction levels. Highlights from our most recent customer survey conducted with over 100 clients include:

  • 98.7% of our respondents report that they are extremely or mostly satisfied with the customer support they have received; and
  • 94.7% of all respondents say they would refer our product and services to a colleague, peer, friend or superior.

Our net promoter score derived from this analysis is exceptionally strong. As you will find from our references, one of the best indicators of our customer satisfaction is related to our referrals and references.
