ATG is a strategic customer of IntelliResponse

ATG acquired InstantService and was in turn acquired by Oracle. Our solution has been seamlessly integrated into the ATG/Oracle agent console. When a chatter asks a question, the agent can ask IntelliResponse to get the one right answer, and with 2 clicks publish that answer back to the chatter. IntelliResponse is also integrated into InstantService email as well.
