IntelliResponse provides extensive reporting capabilities, available either as:

• Traditional style reporting
• Dashboard analytics style which is targeted at sponsors and managers who only need to see summary level information
• Custom reports in SmartSource

Reports which are available include:

• Volume of questions
• Questions asked
• Response ratings
• Top questions asked
• Geographic location of questions
• Answers provided
• Channel of question
• Unanswered questions

All reports can be run based on exact criteria, such as the date, and some reports can be based on location.
