Mobile Deployments with IR

IntelliResponse provides digital self-service solutions across all online channels, including mobile. So the same consistent, accurate and approved answer that is available on a company website, social media site, or to a call center agent, will also be available to customers on their mobile devices. IntelliResponse can be deployed in mobile channels in 3 ways:

  • On any mobile device using the device's mobile browser (called "WAP", or wide area protocol)
  • On a smart phone using an IR provided application built specifically for that device -- such as Android and RIM devices. 
  • IntelliResponse has also developed a native iPhone application for IR that is available on the Apple iTunes site. This application can be utilized as is, or IR will provide the source code to customers to embed IR directly in their mobile application.
