Process to Make Changes to Content
The process to change content is dependent on whether the customer manages this process, or IntelliResponse:
Customer: Changes can be made in real-time by authorized administrators and content owners, based on system privileges. Once the change is made it can be published immediately, or can be scheduled to be published at a later date.
IntelliResponse: If the customer has contracted for our SmartSource service, we will identify content gaps and quality issues on a monthly basis, and an outcome of that monthly meeting is the customer providing approved content to the IntelliResponse Services team, who then enter the changes and publish them.
