What information does IntelliResponse capture and track?

IntelliResponse captures and tracks the following information:   

• Inquiry ID (counter)
• Question
• Answer(s) (if applicable)
• Session ID
• Question Source
• Date/Time
• User Rating (if provided)

IP is tracked as well behind-the-scenes for geographical reporting purposes. Further, IntelliResponse includes the ability to mask any numerical information entered (such as account number) within the question, or even log queries without user question included.
