Customer Resources Required to Deploy IntelliResponse

The customer will need to provide the following part time resources on their team:   

  • Project Manager
  • Content owners who are responsible to identify and prioritize the content that will go into the knowledge base, and to translate it if a second language is required.
  • Marketing/brand "owner" who is responsible to design and approve the branding and GUI of the IntelliResponse solution on the website, and is also responsible for announcing and promoting the new service to staff and customers. They work with a GUI/web designer responsible for developing the actual GUI that will go on the website.
  • Technical/IT experts who will be responsible for integrating and deploying the IntelliResponse code that must go on the website in order to use the IntelliResponse services.

The heavy lifting to build the criteria necessary to match questions to answers is all done by IntelliResponse.
