If the preferred deployment style is a chatbot, then IntelliResponse can certainly be done this way. A chatbot simply stacks questions and answers versus a single question/answer approach. It should be noted that visitors using a chatbot will often ask "Are you a real person" and a chatbot deployment tends to discourage users who are not sure and don't want to risk it.
