There are 3 primary reasons to use IntelliResponse directly:

• Expertise and risk mitigation - We have delivered over 450 live knowledgebase applications and are world class experts. This is a specific and unique skill set that most customers do not have.
• Cost - Our strategy is to delivery these services at cost, which is not something that customers can come close to matching. We will build, deploy and optimize a knowledge base for a low cost, one-time fee.
• Maintenance ? Knowledge bases must be maintained on an ongoing basis if they are to remain current and accurate - most customers do not want to dedicate resources to this support function, preferring to outsource to IntelliResponse.
