Once IntelliResponse is optimized after the QuikStart launch period, minimal time is needed from your team in order to maintain IntelliResponse. We meet on a regular basis to review your SmartSource reports that contains questions analyzed, overall health, trends, insights, and content gaps based on questions that did not have answers.

The monthly client effort is:

  • Insights - Communicate important insights to marketing and product teams who will be keenly interested in seeing and actioning trends, FAQs by topic area, etc.
  • Content Gaps - The project team will review any new content gaps and suggestions and provide approved content to IntelliResponse. Typically this averages 5-10 content suggestions per month, based on your knowledge base performance. Each response should take 15-20 minutes to collect, write, proofread and submit. IntelliResponse does the rest. No additional project management or technical time is required after IntelliResponse is launched. The total time is a fraction of a headcount.
