IT Help Required

Minimal help is required by the IT department. Typically the "answer page" as well as the matching of questions to appropriate answers is fully hosted by IntelliResponse at our site. The only work that will be required by the IT department is as follows:

The GUI for IntelliResponse ("Ask a Question") needs to be integrated into the company website on one or more pages. The technical code is provided to the customer by IntelliResponse who customizes this code (GUI changes, etc.) and then integrates it into the web pages.
