Integration to Microsoft Exchange
IntelliResponse does not use Microsoft Exchange as an input source for its typical role of answering questions. However, customers may build their own integrations, utilizing the web service offerings we provide for custom uses of the answer base.
For the integration of the IntelliResponse mail escalation and management in administration, we offer integration via IMAP/POP3 and SMTP to a Microsoft Exchange system.
