The IntelliResponse architecture is a typical 3-tier system, having a presentation layer, business logic layer and a data access layer. The primary system runs within a Java web application server. The API for IntelliResponse is offered over SOAP 1.1/1.2 compliant web services. Web service security is compliant with the WS-Security standards.
