Backup & Recovery Process
The data for an IntelliResponse customer ("instance") is written to a disaster recovery site as well as its local database, to allow for dynamic switch over in case of any failure at the production site. This hot stand-by copy of the data is used both as a backup as well as the re-synchronization source to restore any data loss in the primary site during outages.
