Answers can be shared

Customers will often want to share answers across different applications, businesses, customer channels, and so on. This is easily accomplished. Every answer can be designated as "Shared" which means it is automatically available to other IntelliResponse applications which "subscribe" to the answer. This can include the following:

  • General company information such as addresses, branch locations, etc.
  • Common business practices such as billing, returns, etc.

Common solutions to problems which can be shared between customers, such as technical solutions like password resets.
