ChatBots - IntelliResponse can work as a ChatBot

IntelliResponse can easily be deployed as a ChatBot. How the GUI is designed and deployed is completely flexible and up to the customer. For an example, look no further than the IntelliResponse website. Select option #3 - "Chat Bot Style.?

A ChatBot is simply a pop up style interaction that acts like Live Chat, but is automated. It follows a conversational style with Q1-A1, Q2-A2, etc. A ChatBot usually has a persona - a picture, character or avatar with a "brand name" such as "Ask Iris".
