My best answer:

Integrating IntelliResponse on the company website

There are a number of options for our customers related to effective website integration. Part of the flexibility offered is due to our open answer services platform that provides our customers with the web services that we ourselves use. There are several options, including:

1.     Answer page hosted by IntelliResponse - The question area and initial branding is provided on the customer's website and control is passed to the answer page within IntelliResponse?s environment.  When a question is asked, it is passed to IntelliResponse and the resulting answer page is rendered on IntelliResponse?s servers. This page would have the customer's visual identity including a vanity URL.

2.     Answer page hosted by customer - The question area and initial branding is provided on the customer?s website and the answer page is rendered within that infrastructure. When a question is asked, the customer's site simply calls the IntelliResponse web services which provide the processing/analysis and return an XML package that contains all the content, which can then be directly controlled by the customer in terms of branding, layout and other user interface considerations.

3.     Dialogue box and answer page hosted by IntelliResponse - Least used is the ability to provide a link on the relevant web site that passes the customer to IntelliResponse where the question input and answer are rendered

With all options, the code you will have to apply to your page is minimal. We provide the base code for the question box that comes in 100% working condition. Your task is to brand this following our best practices, and also design the answer page where the user will arrive after typing and submitting a question. Total development time of both the question box and the answer page should take no more than 3-5 hours.
