Getting Started on the Road to Go-Live
IntelliResponse strongly believes in a rapid, interactive approach to get the new system live. For most applications there is a readily accessible list of common questions that are asked that can be used as the initial foundation for the knowledge base. These questions are typically captured in call centers, help desks or in published FAQ lists. Once the initial system is live, we monitor on a daily basis which questions are being asked that do not have responses and quickly develop responses to these and publish them live. Qualified IntelliResponse Knowledge Base Analysts will manage, develop, test and implement the system with minimal customer involvement. The QuikStart Program will enable an organization to go live in less than 90 days.
