Turnkey Service Approach - QuikStart & SmartSource

IntelliResponse doesn't just sell software solutions - we provide a complete range of turnkey services to deploy, optimize, manage and support the system. As a result of this, we are world class experts in "answer deployment". The turnkey services we provide are:

·         QuikStart - 3-4 month service to build, manage, deploy and optimize a knowledgebase. The first 2 months are "pre-deployment" services, and the last 1-2 months are post-deployment optimization services.
 

·         SmartSource - This is an optional service for maintaining, supporting, optimizing and reporting on your system after it goes live. We meet monthly with the client and identify content gaps, identify volumes and performance, assess quality and present insights that can be actioned.
